Host of free fun at family day
STILT walkers, a puppet show and Roman swords will all be part of the entertainment at this year's Churn Family Fun Day.
Packed with free events, the fun day attracts around 2,500 people every year to St Michael's Park in Cirencester.
This year the organisers at the Churn Project have arranged a free puppet show with the New Brewery Arts and children will even be able to join in with a puppet workshop afterwards.
The Corinium Museum will be showing children how to make Roman swords and there will also be an opportunity to learn how to make willow sculptures with Ragged Hedge Festival regular Anita Andrews.
The fun day will take place on Sunday, May 11 and entry is free.
