COUNTERFEIT currency was spotted at The Rock nightclub in Cirencester on Friday night. Bar staff alerted police to the forged £20 notes which all had the same serial number.

A 23-year-old man from Clanfield in Oxfordshire was arrested and released on police bail until July 24.
