THREE establishments in our area have received new hygiene ratings over the last few weeks.
Food safety officers recently visited a memorial hall, a pub and a restaurant in Lechlade and Tetbury, and it’s good news for them all.
• Rated 5: Lechlade Tuesday Club at New Memorial Hall, Oak Street, Lechlade - rated on Tuesday, September 26
• Rated 5: The Deli At Steepleton at Steepleton Kitchen, Steepleton Court, Cirencester Road, Tetbury - rated on Wednesday, September 13
• Rated 5: The Swan Inn at Burford Street, Lechlade - rated on Monday, October 2
Food hygiene ratings reflect the hygiene standards which are found on the day of inspection by the local authority - they are not a guide to food quality.
Ratings are given on a score from 0-5, with five being the highest.
